I need an interpreter

We encourage people from non-English speaking backgrounds to use the Alternative Dispute Resolution service.

If you need an interpreter to explain your situation or need help to complete the Application for Mediation, ask your case manager to arrange a telephone interpreter for your appointment.

In most cases, an interpreter can be provided for you at the mediation if you give your case manager notice of five business days.We will provide this service to you free of charge.
