Overview:

Work, health and safety regulations require a person conducting a business or undertaking to eliminate psychosocial risks, or to minimise them so far as is reasonably practicable. 

This regulation places psychosocial hazards in the same category as other significant hazards such as falls or operating machinery. 

This workshop is designed to focus on the general principles applied to the prevention and management of psychosocial hazards in the workplace, including stress, which can cause psychological or physical harm.
